Only three simple ingredients needed to make these dense, fudgy vegan banana brownies!
Nutty, rich and naturally sweetened… these flour-less chocolate and peanut butter Vegan Banana Brownies are naturally oil free, vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free! A quick and easy snack/dessert recipe to instantly satisfy your sweet tooth or chocolate cravings!
These delicious chocolate brownies require absolutely no eggs, no butter, no flour, no sugar, no gluten, no oil, no dairy and no soy!
Ripe bananas are perfect for baking in things like these ‘banownies’ (banana brownies) since they add natural sweetness. You could also make pancakes, muffins, banana bread, or freeze them to make nicecream or ice-cream sandwiches!
Since the main ingredient used to make these brownies is bananas you are most likely going to taste a slight hint of banana, however the richness of the cacao powder and peanut butter is more overpowering and a dash of vanilla extract would also help mask the banana flavour if you don’t like bananas.
You know that your brownies are cooked properly when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Leave the brownies in the tin to cool for abour 10minutes then transfer to a wire cooling rack until completely cooled before cutting.
Refrigerating this type of brownie will enhance how dense and fudgy it becomes and make it last longer than if they were kept at room temperature.
