FAQ’s and Tips
No, you can use whichever type of nuts you prefer and the seeds just give the bliss balls an extra variety of nutrients and texture. As long as you keep a similar quantity of nuts/seeds overall to what is listed in the recipe (roughly 90g) they should turn out fine! You can always add more if the mixture is too sticky, or add more dates if it’s too crumble to roll.

Yes, these protein balls are made from gluten free ingredients. Ensure you double check any ingredients in your nut butters to make sure they are gluten free if necessary.
Yes absolutely! I love making a double batch and keeping them in the fridge for a few days to snack on throughout the week or in the freezer where they will last months! They’re super hard and chewy straight from the freezer which I love but feel free to let them thaw for a few minutes before enjoying if you prefer.
When those 3pm sugar cravings hit, now you’ll have the perfect satiating, sweet snack to get you through.
Happy healthy snacking!
