Chocolate Nut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 60 g almonds raw
  • 125 g dates dried, medjool
  • 15 g pepitas/pumpkin seeds
  • 15 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until combined with some small nut pieces remaining.
  • Form into balls using about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each ball.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for months!
