(1/4 cup oat flour)

Wet Ingredients

maple syrup

non-dairy milk
Instructions
Add dry ingredients into your microwave-safe mug or ramekin and whisk together until well combined.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold together until well incorporated and no lumps of flour remain.
Microwave for one minute or until the cake comes away from the edges of the mug and is lightly firm and bouncy to touch.
