Ingredients

  • 90 g red &/or green cabbage shredded
  • 90 g carrot grated or julienned (SEE NOTES)
  • 1 1/2 tbs finely sliced spring onion

No Mayo Coleslaw Dressing

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 3 tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Mix cabbage, carrot and spring onion together in a salad bowl.
  • In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth (add about 2-3 tsp water to create a creamy consistency that you can easily drizzle off the spoon.)
  • When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
