Healthy 3 Ingredient Vegan Banana Brownies

Decadent and fudgy healthy chocolate brownies with a hint of peanut butter deliciousness.

Ingredients

  • 470 g ripe bananas peeled, (about 4)
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt optional (if using unsalted peanut butter)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (fan-forced) and line a 9x9 square brownie tin with baking paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mash until as smooth as possible.
    Alternatively add ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
