Ingredients

ground ginger

Instructions
(optional) If using dried dates, leave to soak in a bowl of boiling water for about 5 minutes to soften.
Place oats in a blender or food processor and blitz until fine to create oat flour.
Gently drain the softened dates and add to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until fully combined into a dough consistency.
Roll mixture into about 12 balls. Store in an airtight container (refrigerate for a firmer truffle texture.)
