Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup split red lentils rinsed well
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (fan-forced) and line a baking/pizza tray with baking paper.
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until as smooth as possible (pre-soaking the lentils for a few minutes/hours beforehand will make this process even quicker.)
  • Pour mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread evenly until about 1cm thick (in whatever shape you like). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm. Add your favourite toppings and bake until they are cooked. Enjoy!
