Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 9 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (fan-forced.)
  • In a blender or food processor, grind your oats into a fine flour consistency (this will give your baked oats more of a smooth cake-like texture.)
  • Add the dry ingredients into an oven-safe dish or mug and whisk together. Add wet ingredients and gently fold mixture until just combined
  • Bake for 10-20 minutes or until it has reached your desired cakey vs gooey texture.
